Sara has broken new ground with the development of Evermore, an innovative model that will eradicate institutionalised care and open up the market for older age living. On top of this, Sara has launched Evermore@Home to bring greater freedom, flexibility and control to older people who wish to remain living at home.

She is highly influential in public policy circles, with links to No 10’s Innovation Unit, DWP, and DCLG, as well as being a fellow of the Centre for Social Justice and leader of their Older Age Review. Her input is sought after with participation in policy roundtables and key industry events including the Care Show, HousingLin’s annual conference, and the European Commission on Innovation in Ageing; Foundations (independent living).

Tammy L. Marshall

Tammy leads the strategic efforts to create the ideal client experience at a US not-for profit through its programs, services and partnerships.

Prior to this, Tammy coached leaders and their business units’ through mergers, acquisitions and divestitures at one of New York’s largest care organisations.

Projects included the renovation and redesign of a 583 bed nursing home into “small homes” and leading a $12m USD grant to close nursing homes and reopen 13 Green House Project Homes. She consults nationally for Woman Religious, providing communities with housing and healthcare strategies.

David Springthorpe

David is a senior commercial leader bringing a wealth of experience operating at board level in Blue Chip companies from Virgin Atlantic to BAA Heathrow Airport.

Most recently as Chief Financial Officer at Anchor he led business strategy & transformation, property management & new build development, procurement & IT, in addition to his core role in Finance. David was responsible for re-shaping the broad Anchor business and he introduced the development of Retirement Care Villages into Anchor, the first two of which are under construction for opening in 2015. David’s financial acumen combined with his commerciality and entrepreneurial spirit provides even greater strength to the Evermore Global team.

Ray Glickman


Ray Glickman is a successful Australian business leader with over 20 years’ experience at CEO level and a strong reputation as a Board Chairman and Non-Executive Director.

Ray’s expertise lies in providing advisory and business improvement services to the aged care and broader social enterprise sectors. He is recognised for his from left field approach to innovation and for his passionate advocacy for positive ageing.

Ray has Master’s degrees in Business, Applied Social Studies and Psychology and Philosophy. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is also a commentator, presenter and author.

Steve Bennett


Steve has successfully operated as Managing Director of both UK and overseas organisations, delivering performance improvement in the UK and worldwide for large internationals and privately owned SME's.

Strongly involved with a number of Manchester Business organisations, he is a passionate advocate for the City’s and region’s continued development, particularly how building stronger links between science and business can create more commercial opportunities
